Open Mat.

Open mats are perfect for you to improve your endurance, sparring and ask your friends for help and tips. All classes are supervised by a black belt.

Any color GI, (white GI  and rash guard is recommended).
If you wear any type of braces then a mouth-guard is highly recommended.
Any type of ring, earring, necklace, wristband or body piercings MUST be removed before classes.
